This is an appeal from a suit alleging conversion of an automobile owned by Appellant. Appellees filed a cross-action alleging "mechanic and materialman's liens as established under Article 16 of the Constitution of the State of Texas and Article 5452 of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas."
