Nettie B. Callaway died testate on November 19, 1970. Her will dated July 29, 1967, and two codicils dated May 28, 1969 and February 24, 1970, respectively, were presented for probate as Cause No. 3818 in the Probate Court of Eddy County, New Mexico.
