This is an appeal from a judgment wherein the plaintiff recovered a certain sum of money from the defendant, and title to and possession of realty was vested and quieted in third party defendants, who were brought into the case by the original defendant and third party plaintiff by virtue of pleadings in the nature of trespass to try title.
