This is an appeal from an order dismissing three municipal ordinance violation cases for failure to comply with a discovery order.

The defendant, Joseph Fennewald, was charged in complaints filed by the plaintiff, the City of Joliet, with driving while under the influence of intoxicants, failure to stop at the scene of an accident, and failure to have taillights when required...
