This is an appeal in a Title VII case. Appellants, after receipt of an EEOC letter of authorization to sue, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(e), 29 CFR § 1601.25 (1971), filed a complaint in the district court against the employer1 and union.2 Appellants, in their complaint before the district court, alleged that the employer with the union's acquiescence conducted an unlawful employment...
