This is a bill in equity in which the plaintiffs seek to recover payment for gravel and fill furnished to Michael Vitale Construction Co., Inc. (Vitale), a subcontractor for E.C. Blanchard Co. Inc. (Blanchard). This case and three companion cases were referred to a master who found that Blanchard and its surety Maryland Casualty Company (Maryland) were liable to the plaintiffs in the amount of $20,685.86.
