Ranchland sold Cleveland a new 1969 Dodge Polara for $4,449.15, Ranchland agreeing to take $1,250 cash and Cleveland's 1968 Dodge Polara, if repaired to its previous condition from damage resulting from an accident. It was so repaired, with no dispute as to repair price or proper restoration to its previous condition.
