Plaintiff had a contract with the Osborne county commissioners whereby they paid him $500 per month to furnish ambulance service in the county. When his contract expired the commissioners awarded a new contract to another operator. Plaintiff successfully sued to enjoin the commissioners from carrying out their new contract or from entering into any similar contract...
