EVANS, Judge.

Lois C. Daugherty sued Leah C. Vick for personal injuries and physical damage arising out of an alleged collision of two automobiles driven respectively by the plaintiff and the defendant. The defendant answered generally and denied the averments of the complaint but admitted residence, jurisdiction of the court and the general location of the automobiles driven by plaintiff and defendant at the time of the alleged collision.
