This is a workmen's compensation suit brought by Mrs. Adele Weber, the widow of Mr. Eugene V. Weber, to recover Workmen's Compensation benefits and funeral expenses for the death of her husband. At the time of his death, Mr. Weber was employed by defendant, McLean Trucking Company, Inc., as a heavy truck driver. There is no dispute as to plaintiff's right to recover if it is shown that her husband's death was caused by work performed for his employer...
