This is an appeal, by Minnehoma Financial Company (hereinafter called "MFC"), from an order of the Oklahoma Tax Commission denying its protests to proposed assessments of additional income tax for the calendar years 1961 and 1963. The additional tax for 1961 is in the principal amount of $2,865.71, and for 1963 is in the principal amount of $3,702.37.
