Defendant Port of Tacoma appeals from a judgment of $225,595.49 in favor of V.C. Edwards Contracting Company and against the Port of Tacoma. Defendant also appeals from a judgment of dismissal dismissing a third-party defendant, McDowell-Wellman Engineering Company.
