In this action the plaintiffs-respondents, Merrill J. Sharp and his wife, Winnie H. Sharp, seek damages of $2,060 and reasonable attorney fees from the Idaho Investment Corporation and its officers (appellants). The complaint alleges that the appellants induced respondent Merrill J.
