Order reversed, without costs, and motion denied.

On September 6, 1970, the infant plaintiff was a passenger on defendant's aircraft en route from Israel to New York when skyjackers diverted it and forced it to land in a Jordanian desert. The passengers were kept captive on the aircraft for several days and the infant plaintiff claims that as a result she suffered extreme fright, depression, loss of weight, sleeplessness...
