This is an appeal from a judgment entered in a trespass to try title suit denying the claim of plaintiffs-appellants for recovery of title to certain tracts of land acquired by the defendant-appellee as purchaser at a foreclosure sale under a deed of trust. The validity of the foreclosure is challenged by the appellants who contend that the property was impressed with exempt homestead status at the time of the execution of the deed of trust....
