OPINION

MOWBRAY, Justice:

This is the second time this case has come before us on appeal.1 William Lloyd Trent has been adjudicated a delinquent child2 and committed to the juvenile detention facility in Clark County. Trent's adjudication as a delinquent child was predicated on a charge of involuntary manslaughter.3
