During the school year 1965-66 the three Plaintiffs, residents of Winslow, were students at Coburn Classical Institute in Waterville. At that time the Plaintiffs were enrolled in second year courses in Latin, a subject not taught at the Winslow public high school, and they had elected to attend the Institute pursuant to 20...
