This is an action for damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred December 9, 1969 on Interstate Highway 25 in Weld County. Trial was to the court and a judgment for $2,000 was entered for Michael M. English, plaintiff-appellee. The counter-claim of Howard D. Erwin and Jane D. Erwin, defendants-appellants, was dismissed.
