This is an appeal from an order dismissing plaintiff-appellant's cause of action entered in the Third Judicial District Court of Anderson County, Texas. The order of dismissal was predicated upon the trial court's action in sustaining certain special exceptions filed by the appellee herein directed against appellant's pleadings.
