REES, Justice.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of assault with intent to commit murder in violation of section 690.6, The Code, 1966. He was tried to a jury and convicted. He later filed a motion for new trial and motion in arrest of judgment, both of which were overruled. He was sentenced, and now appeals. We affirm.
