QUILLIAN, Judge.

The defendant was indicted and tried for the offense of murder. The jury found him guilty of voluntary manslaughter. The defendant then filed an appeal to this court. Held:

1. The evidence was sufficient to support the verdict; therefore enumeration of errors numbers 1, 2 and 3 are without merit.

2. Enumeration of errors numbers 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 complain that the trial judge erred in limiting the voir dire questions to the prospective...
