"Before 5 January 1971 CLC RENTALS INC. (CLC) leased as tenant by (sic) the defendant R. J. RIGGS (RIGGS) the land and buildings located at 2011 Bethel Drive in High Point. Shortly before that date CLC entered into an oral agreement with plaintiff whereby plaintiff supplied diesel fuel...
