Condemnation proceedings were begun in the Probate Court of Jefferson County, Alabama by appellee here, Alabama Power Company, against the property of appellants. The purpose of the proceedings was to secure the right to cut danger trees from appellants' property and to locate three "guy" wires in specific positions on the property. Alabama Power Company already possessed a 60 foot right of way immediately adjacent to two parcels of appellants...
