This is a bank robbery case. On March 12, 1971, the arrival of police on the scene aborted a holdup of the Girard Trust Company Bank at 50th Street and Wynnefield Avenue, in Philadelphia. Upon the arrival of the police, the four persons who had allegedly entered the bank to rob it quickly fled on foot in different directions. One defendant, Woodall, is still at large.
