FOLEY, Judge.

Defendant was charged in a two-count indictment with (1) injuring personal property (former ORS 164.900), and (2) larceny by bailee (former ORS 165.010). He was convicted by jury of larceny by bailee and placed on probation for one year. He appeals, asserting three assignments of error.

There was evidence that defendant was the conditional-sales-contract purchaser of a certain S — 7B Hough Paylogger, a piece of heavy logging equipment...
