Defendant is the successor in interest to H. M. Popp Truck Lines, Inc., referred to herein as Truck Lines, and, by stipulation, defendant is obligated to pay the note sued on by plaintiff if Truck Lines is liable on said note.

The trial court found liability and entered judgment on the note against defendant. We affirm.
