Appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding defendant guilty of a charge of aggravated rape. Minn.St. 609.291.

The issues raised are (1) whether the verdict is supported by sufficient evidence; and (2) whether defendant was denied a fair trial upon his claims that the trial judge erred in (a) the admission of certain physical evidence, (b) conferring privately with the young victim during the course of cross-examination...
