This action was brought in the District Court of Santa Fe County under the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support acts of New Mexico and California. Based on pleadings, affidavits, answers to interrogatories plus other documents, a summary judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff, Mary Alice Lumpkins. This summary judgment ordered and adjudged as follows:
