OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

The appellant was convicted on April 1, 1970, for the offense of burglary with intent to commit theft. The punishment was assessed at three years, probated.

On August 11, 1971, a motion to revoke probation was filed. It alleged that a condition of the probation was violated on the 20th day of June, 1971, in that Avalos violated a law of this State by breaking and...
