The plaintiff in this action of tort claims damages for personal injuries suffered in a fall on snow and ice on the defendant's premises. He alleged that he was an invitee, that the defendant was negligent in clearing the snow and ice, and that pedestrian traffic and natural forces caused an artificial accumulation of snow and ice, resulting in the fall.
