OPINION

RAMSEY, Chief Justice.

This is a suit on a promissory note. Frank Investment Company, Plaintiff-Appellee, brought suit against George Ross O. Borrett, Defendant-Appellant, to recover on a promissory note. Trial was before the Court and judgment was entered for Plaintiff in the sum of $3,766.36, principal and interest, together with $564.95 attorney's fees. We affirm.
