The widow of Dr. James S. P. Beck, Sr., deceased, appeals from a final decree of the Chancellor ordering the sale of some real property occupied by deceased as a homestead at his death. The area involved is 7.14 acres upon which is located a dwelling house of superior value. Mrs. Beck, the widow, contends, inter alia, that she is entitled to the occupancy of the premises pending allotment of dower in kind and that the decree of sale violated her legal...
