This appeal concerns problems that cropped up during the course of a mortgage foreclosure of real property. The background recitals are tedious. However, they are necessary as a basis for our ultimate decision to reverse the order here questioned.

The dispositive question is whether the mortgagor-owners of the real property, being foreclosed, were entitled to have their tender accepted on the ground...
