Appellant was indicted for second degree burglary on September 30, 1969. Arraignment was waived and appellant entered a plea of not guilty. On January 22, 1971, appellant was found guilty, as charged by the court and was later sentenced to the Indiana State Reformatory for a period of not less than two (2) nor more than five (5) years and disenfranchised for one (1) year.
