In this action the petitioners, Herman Jackson and Joseph Schaden, are workmen's compensation claimants who sought to vacate an injunction entered in the Circuit Court of Cook County, which restrains all persons from obtaining judgments against the property or assets of the insolvent insurer of their employer and from pursuing any action which would interfere with the liquidator...
