STEPHENSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the trial court sustaining defendants' plea in abatement and plea to the jurisdiction "for the reason that the plaintiff's claim comes exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Federal Longshoremen's & Harbor Workers' Act."
