Hopkins appeals from an order of the district court denying his petition for the writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

Appellant was convicted upon trial by jury in the Dade County, Florida Criminal Court of Record of the offenses of robbery and attempted murder. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. The conviction was affirmed on appeal. Hopkins v. State, Fla.App., 192 So.2d 8 (1966), cert. denied, Fla.,
