This is a wrongful death action brought by the administrator of the decedent's estate for the benefit of the surviving wife and child claiming that death was due to the negligence of the defendant.

The decedent was working as a crewman for General Telephone Company. His crew was engaged in installing an overhead guy wire from a "lead pole" which supports telephone lines, high over a 2-lane public road...
