This is an action brought to perfect a lien pursuant to 9 VSA § 1924. The judgment order of the Chittenden County Court was that the plaintiff should have a lien upon a lot of land, and building thereon, in Jericho, Vermont, owned by the defendants Drinkwine, husband and wife, which property was under mortgage to the defendant Burlington Savings Bank. Both the Drinkwines and the Bank have duly taken their appeal to this Court from such judgment...
