This is a petition for declaratory judgment to determine whether or not the Union Mutual Fire Insurance Company, of Montpelier, is bound to appear and defend certain proceedings presently pending before the Orange County Court involving an action by Joseph Colombo against the Estate of Martin L. Kennelly, Jr.
