This is a suit for damages for personal injuries sustained when plaintiff, the appellee here, collided with a sliding glass door allegedly manufactured by appellant Metal Window Products Company. Trial was to the court which rendered judgment for appellee. Appellee was awarded $4,000.00 in damages and $431.00 for medical expenses incurred.
