This is a case in which plaintiff-appellee, David F. McMullen, with his family, owned and lived in a house in Middletown, Indiana. He had worked for Delco-Remy at Anderson, Indiana, for about four and one-half years immediately preceding February 24, 1970. While working at Delco-Remy McMullen also worked with his father in the electrical contracting business in Middletown, and at the time of the fire he had a small store in connection with his residence...
