Plaintiff, Fizzano Bros. Concrete Products, Inc. (Fizzano) brought suit against defendant, Ceritano Brickwork, Inc. (Ceritano) in assumpsit to recover $13,309.97, allegedly due and owing. Ceritano then brought a separate suit against Fizzano to recover $5,911.86 allegedly due and owing to Ceritano.
