In 1963, appellant obtained a judgment against one Willie J. Sallie for $15,465.46. It was affirmed in Sallie v. Cook, 403 S.W.2d 509 (Tex.Civ.App., Dallas, 1966, no writ), to which we refer for a more detailed statement.
