Prior to December, 1964, Mr. Doyle was the club professional at the Fort Lewis golf course and operated a golf equipment shop under a concession agreement with the army. In December of that year, he accepted a position at another golf course and entered into negotiations to sell the merchandise and equipment at the Fort Lewis pro shop to the army.
