STATON, Judge.

James Kourlias received a jury verdict upon his counterclaim in the sum of $13,100.00. Roland O. Hawkins is appealing the verdict rendered against him and contends:

1) That the verdict is excessive; 2) That the verdict is not supported by sufficient evidence; and 3) That the verdict is contrary to law.
