Appellant Ronald Scott was convicted for the unlawful possession of marijuana in the Circuit Court of Jackson County and has appealed to this Court, contending among other grounds for reversal, that the search and seizure of the marijuana was illegal and the evidence obtained by the search was not admissible into evidence.
