BREWSTER, Justice.

In a non-jury trial the court granted the plaintiff, L. A. Bostick, a mandatory injunction against the City of Fort Worth requiring the City to allow Mr. Bostick to use all of his accumulated sick leave before retiring him involuntarily from his job as a city fireman on a disability pension and requiring the City to pay Mr. Bostick his salary as a fireman until such time as he had used all of his accumulated sick leave.
