This appeal arises from a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Jefferson Parish recalling, annulling and setting aside an interlocutory decree of adoption dated October 30, 1970 previously granted to Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Ellis, and in addition ordered the care, custody and control of the minor child, Giambrone, be returned to his natural mother, Irma Ann Giambrone Lupo.
