This is an automobile accident case wherein the plaintiff, Jerry J. Himel, was the guest passenger in an automobile struck by a car owned by Marjrie Roundtree and driven by her father, Tom J. Roundtree. Marjrie Roundtree was insured by Allstate Insurance Company and Tom J. Roundtree by United States Fire Insurance Company. The Trial Court judgment was in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants...
